It’s been five years since we bought our blinds from Image Custom Blinds. We encountered a problem with one of our blinds and called Bill. After setting up a time to come out, Bill and Linda arrive right on time. They were not only professional and knowledgeable but friendly too. It’s been five years, but it seemed like it was just yesterday. They remembered everything about us and make us feeling like family. The only place to by blinds!

We have now used Bill and Linda 5 separate times in two different homes in both Chicago and the Western suburbs for window blinds. Several of my colleagues and friends have hired them as well! They are absolutely wonderful! They always come as a team and work well together. Linda shows the array options, and I value and rely on her interior decorating opinions. When the blinds arrive, they both come to install them in a matter of minutes. One of our windows had blinds that were wrinkled for an extended time, and Bill had them replaced quickly. Their prices are reasonable, especially given the personal service they provide. I highly recommend their service to anyone looking for window coverings!

We purchased three types of Hunter Douglas Blinds with Image Custom Blinds for our new house. The silhouette blinds are perfect for our greatroom, the luminette was room darkening for the bedrooms and standard blinds for the rest of the house. All look great. Bill and Linda are very professional and really took the time to listen to what we wanted and to measure and install accurately. We highly recommend them.
